Are there any preservatives, additives, fillers, thickeners, artificial colours or flavours in Bib&Spoon baby food?

There are no ingredients in our meals that you wouldn’t have in your fridge or pantry. Our meals are as natural as possible. We have designed our products to be something we would be 100% happy giving to our little one as well. As we are a frozen product too, there is no need to preserve or add anything we can’t pronounce.

 

I have received my order and my product tastes or looks slightly different to the last time I ordered it? 

This is due to the seasonal nature of fruit and vegetable produce.  While we try our best to ensure consistency for our products, sometimes our ratios need to be adjusted according to what is in season and its availability. 

 

Are your ingredients sourced in Australia?

Yes, all our ingredients are locally sourced in Brisbane and support local farmers.

 

Are your containers BPA-free?

Yep, BPA free and freezer safe.

 

Is Bone Broth safe for Babies?

Yes, completely safe. We use a low sodium, grass fed Bone Broth. It makes an excellent first food because it works as a digestive elixir that helps the lining of a baby’s digestive tract to mature and strengthen, preparing baby’s tummy to digest more complicated foods down the road. It also provides an abundance of minerals and nutrients for development and health.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes, we have a small minimum order of $45. This helps us keep cost and price of our products down. We believe in providing busy parents the best quality products.

 

How much does Delivery costs?

Delivery cost is a flat rate of $12-$15 to Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine coast.
We will pack your order in an insulated box with an ice brick. Your order will come out to you frozen via one of our courier vans to ensure your products stay at the right temperature the whole way.

Orders over $120 receive FREE delivery.

 

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

We suggest that you are home or at least close by on your delivery day. We pack your order in a cardboard box with an insulated lining with ice bricks so you will have time to return home to pack them into the freezer. Once delivered our courier will text you to let you know. We then recommend getting them into the freezer as soon as possible. You will also receive a text message on the morning of delivery with a link so you can track an ETA for your delivery.

8am - 6pm
Gold Coast - Friday 
8am - 6pm
Sunshine Coast - Friday 
8am - 6pm
Northern NSW / Byron Bay - Friday
8am - 6pm

When is your order cut-offs during the week?

Order cut off is WEDNESDAY 9PM each week for delivery that Friday.

As we use external couriers, we unfortunately cannot be flexible with this cut off time. Please place all orders before Wednesday 9pm to ensure you receive your order the following week.

 

What if I’m not entirely satisfied with the product?
