This delicious creamy pesto is LOADED with greens and good fats! It’s gluten and dairy free and perfect to add to noddles (exciting green noodles), zucchini spirals, mixed in with scrambled eggs, in a pastry puff with feta or as a veggie dip on it’s own. Simply heat and use however you like!
It lunch box friendly as it gets it’s nutty flavour from Sunflower seeds, providing an excellent source of Vitamin E and Vitamin B.
